When will my order be shipped & received?

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship over the weekend. Our system will send you an email shipping confirmation after your package leaves our warehouse. Packages shipped regular ground service will usually arrive within 5 business days after date of shipment.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

All shipping and handling charges are flat rates based shipping method: Standard is $7.00, 2nd Day is $25.00 to US addresses only.

Special promotional codes pertaining to shipping discounts (example: SP12 for Free Ground Shipping) do not apply to foreign orders. These shipping discounts apply to U.S. Mainland orders only, unless stated otherwise!

Special offers (such as free shipping) and gift certificates can not be combined in the same order. We can only honor one special offer per order.

Gift Certificates given by Lamas Beauty Inc. as a promotional offer cannot be used as an immediate credit or discount towards the purchase price of your qualifying order. Electronic gift certificates are e-mailed to the customer within 24 hours after validating qualifying purchase. If customer does not have an e-mail address, the gift certificate will be mailed to the physical address provided by customer. Once received by customer, e-gift certificates can be used towards future Lamas Beauty purchases, by entering the certificate code number in the coupon field in our online shopping cart, or by providing certificate number to your telephone customer service representative.

What are my payment options?

  • For C.O.D. Deliveries please call customer service - A $5.50 surcharge is added.
  • Mailed in Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks and Bank Drafts are accepted.
  • We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship. Mail orders placed by personal checks are held for 10 business days to allow them to clear. Mail orders placed by money orders and/or cashiers checks are processed immediately.

IMPORTANT: Returned Checks - NSF

A returned item fee will apply to all returned checks. All checks returned to the company will be charged a $25 Fee made payable by the customer to Lamas Beauty Inc.  Further, all reasonable collection cost and legal fees will be applied to any checks the company cannot collect final payment on.

What is your return policy?

At Lamas Beauty Inc., we want you to be happy and we do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.  We offer a 100% money-back guarantee of all our products within 30 days of ship date.

If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, return the unused portion to us within 30 days of ship date, and will refund the full purchase price less shipping, no questions asked. We're very confident that you will love what we can do for your hair and skin, though!

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your returned item(s).  Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Peter Lamas will not replace, refund or provide our 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor will we honor our warranty for products purchased from unauthorized sellers on Ebay, Amazon and other e-commerce sites. Authorized Peter Lamas re-sellers go through specific product training.  Please call us if you would like to confirm our authorize re-sellers to ensure you receive Peter Lamas' full product guarantee and warranty.

Will I be informed if a product is out of stock?

Though all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply.  If this occurs, we will ship your order as soon as possible. The out of stock product will then be sent with a separate invoice, without any additional shipping and handling fees. We will do this as soon as we have the item back in stock.

Do you take orders outside the U.S.?

At peterlamas.com we currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax from orders within the state of California, New York and Texas. Taxes will vary city and county in these respective States. Any orders originating elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.
